Return & Refund Policy

At Serene Stitch, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help

1. Returns

All items are final sale if there are issues with sizing as the size chart is provided. If your item(s) falls under any of the categories below, then they are eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags must be attached.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Intimates (e.g., undergarments, bodysuits)
  • Custom or personalized items

If your return does not meet these conditions, it may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at serenestitch.stu@gmail.com with your:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at serenestitch.stu@gmail.com with:

  • A photo of the item
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue

We will make it right as quickly as possible.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at serenestitch.stu@gmail.com.
